Gentle Yoga & Wellbeing for Seniors

Picture
Supporting Mobility, Connection & Quality of Life
I offer gentle, accessible yoga and wellbeing sessions for seniors in care homes, retirement communities and supported living settings throughout East Sussex.

With over 25 years of experience in yoga, meditation, therapeutic movement and holistic wellbeing, I create sessions that are safe, enjoyable and inclusive for people of all abilities.

Whether residents are active and independent, living with limited mobility, or experiencing cognitive decline, sessions are adapted so everyone can participate comfortably and confidently.

What Sessions Include
Each session is tailored to the needs of the group and may include:
  • Chair-based yoga

My Approach
My work is grounded in compassion, presence and respect.  I understand that every resident arrives with their own life story, health circumstances and emotional needs. Sessions are offered in a way that honours each person's dignity, autonomy and experience.

Alongside yoga teaching, my background includes meditation, somatic movement, therapeutic bodywork, women's wellbeing mentoring, grief support and end-of-life care training. This breadth of experience allows me to meet people with sensitivity and warmth, creating an atmosphere where residents feel welcomed, included and supported.

  • Limited mobility

  • Arthritis and joint stiffness
